Best steak and cheese po boy I’ve ever ate. Love this place. Eat here every chance we get. At least 2x a week. So friendly and so sweet how they just welcomed us newbies to the area!
Anchors up has good seafood good burgers I have never ate anything that was not wonderful THE BEST IN CAMERON
I wasn't sure what I was expecting...an outdoor grill?? But was VERY surprised. I had the cheeseburger and added bacon. It was perfectly cooked and the lettuce was crisp and fresh. Hubby had the roast beef sandwich with onion rings. He, too, was very happy with it. The onion rings were a little overcooked and hard but tolerable. The iced tea was sweet and strong.. absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back!
The shrimp is AMAZING! I can't wait to go back, so I can try other things off their menu. I would recommend this place over any other seafood place!
I love the food here, we eat here every time we head home from Holly Beach and we've never had an issue. The food is packed to go so it makes it easier if you don't finish your meal you can just take it with. The people weather it's the workers or someone just eating at a table are always so friendly. They have a rather large menu so there should be something for everyone. It's outside dining in a shed type but there is a cover with lots of fans. I highly recommend it! We'll be back next year, thanks again! Quick update, I just used there very good smelling and clean unisex bathroom, nice breeze in there as well...
